London Based Voice Artist
Originally from the island of Tasmania I’m now London based. My native accent is a warm but subtle variation of my native Australian. However, having worked and trained in the UK I’m also often booked for projects that require an authentic British RP.

Voice work includes Audiobooks, Commentating live Medieval Jousting Tournaments, E-Learning projects, Commercials and Gaming apps and I have also voiced various characters in the Dark Shadows and Dr Who Series Radio Dramas.
I didn’t remember the book had so many funny moments until I listened to the audiobook and some small details and inflections caught my attention. I also have to praise Brigid Lohrey for the merriment she was able to transmit in Elizabeth’s voice, she captured her teasing manner perfectly.

Brigid is a fluent and versatile narrator who offers a broad range of vocal skills. In the relatively short period that she has been involved with RNIB I have been delighted to cast her to record a wide variety of material, covering straight-forward Romantic Fiction through to fast-paced psychological thrillers. While each title presented her with different challenges she approached them all with a thoroughly professional outlook and an enduringly cheerful demeanor. I look forward to working with her again.
